This darling, dog friendly, 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is located in an exclusive corner of The Galena Territory with beautiful landscaping and open space all around for yard games galore! The large welcoming front porch will soon become a common space to relax and have coffee while taking in the fresh Galena morning air. Our Bluebird House is close to downtown Galena and has access to all the Galena Territory Owners' Club amenities as well as the Marina and Shenandoah Riding Center. Come Join Us! The space As you step inside you are greeted by a cozy living room, gas fireplace and beautiful wooded views through the deck door. The kitchen and dining room are attached so togetherness is mandatory and the cook always has helpers! The large screened porch, just off the dining area is a guest favorite and one of the many highlights of this home. The back deck provides fabulous views and is a wonderful space to enjoy plein air dining! Grillers will be pleased to take in the view while enjoying a libation and flipping the evenings entrée. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. As the living room does, this bedroom shares equally beautiful outdoor views of plush wooded areas and colorful birds all around. The lower level, with walk out to the open back yard and lawn game zone, boasts two more bedrooms, one with a king bed and private bath and the second with two twin beds and a shared bath. Separating the bedrooms is an entertainment area with large TV, shuffleboard table and poker/boardgame table. Enjoy the games provided or bring your family favorites! Stepping out of the game room door, the large firepit area will provide full evenings of fun, stories and s’mores! Save your best scary or belly laughing tales for these bonding evenings! Other things to note Dog Policy We allow two dogs up to 50 pounds each. Breed restrictions do apply. If your dog will be accompanying you, please let us know. We kindly ask that he/she be kenneled any time left alone in the townhome. Please responsibly dispose of your dog's waste on all walks and at all times. There is a one time charge of $75 (per dog) for your pet's stay, and in addition, you will be charged for any damage that may be caused by your pet.  Guest Access  Our guests have full complimentary access to the Galena Territory Owners' Club and all the amenities it offers such as indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center/workout facility, large game room, gym, tennis, basketball, pickle ball courts and more.  The Area  Galena IL has hundreds of unique gift and clothing shops, antique stores, art galleries and artist studios. It boasts a rich performing arts community, live music, gourmet delights, as well as a multitude of museums, wineries, historical sites and tours. There are opportunities to enjoy the outdoors golfing, skiing, playing tennis, boating, fishing, zip-lining, hiking, horseback riding, hot-air ballooning and much more.   Getting Around A car is necessary to see all that Galena and the surrounding area has to offer! Taxi, Uber and Lyft services are sporadically available.
