It is located on the 2nd and top floor (accessible by a wide staircase) of a small building of 3 apartments. The beach is 70 m away. Tennis, mini-golf, children's playground are 100 m away. The sailing school is very close, as well as the casino, just downstairs from the building. Very well equipped, with quality amenities (connected TV, dishwasher, combined oven, Wi-Fi, electric shutters and everything you need for cooking). Guest access on the other hand, access to housing is not possible for people with reduced mobility.
