The space The recent renovation has made it possible to create an environment that combines functionality and aesthetics, offering you a pleasant place to spend your time. Here are all the spaces of the accommodation described in detail: - entrance: a large hallway will welcome you to your home with a service desk on which you will find all the useful information about the house, and guides to make the most of your time in Rome. - King room: the largest room in the house, equipped with all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay. Equipped with a double bed with memory foam mattress, 40'' smart TV, workspace and suggestive LED lighting. - Queen room: bright room overlooking the private garden, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as a double bed with memory foam mattress, 32" smart TV, workspace and suggestive LED lighting. - Living room: comfortable living area with extendable table to enjoy any type of meal in peace. Sofa with peninsula convertible into a French-sized double bed. - Bathroom: modern bathroom with shower and full fixtures. Inside you will find a hairdryer with diffuser, dispenser with shampoo, body wash, intimate and hand soap. - Kitchen: Modern kitchen with induction hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and complete supply of designer dishes. - Garden: You can enjoy your private outdoor space with an outdoor seating area with coffee table, umbrella and an additional table to be used on warmer days. Guest access The entire apartment will be for your exclusive use.
