Have fun with the whole family at our stylish, beachy getaway. A 15 min walk through the dunes to the beautiful three mile stretch of golden beach in St Ives bay. Perfect location for beach lovers, surfers and coastal ramblers alike. The accommodation for 12 is set over two separate dwellings 15 metres apart connected by a garden gate. There is a four bedroom detached house and a separate two bedroom annex. The space The Main House. Large open plan living space, including a kitchen, dining room and lounge. You'll find the kitchen well equipped, with plenty of worktop space to cook up a storm. The dining room is open plan to the kitchen so everyone can chat and socialise freely, and boasts a large dining table for 8 people. Our lounge is perfect for relaxing with a very large corner sofa and 50" 4K smart TV. You will also have access to the conservatory with stunning views, and a utility room with a washing machine and drying facilities. There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 rooms with king sized beds and and 1 with 2 single beds. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have en-suite walk in shower rooms, with the downstairs rooms sharing a large family bathroom with bath/shower. The house has ample outdoor space with a large lawn to the front of the house, and a private back garden with patios for enjoying BBQing and alfresco dining at the large 8-seater dining table. When you come back in your wetsuit, or sandy from the beach there is a handy outdoor shower to wash yourself and your gear down. The Annex A light open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with large patio doors is the perfect place to chat and socialise freely. You'll find the kitchen well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge is perfect for relaxing with a comfy corner sofa, a log burner for a cozy evening, and a large wall mounted tv. There are two well proportioned bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other two single beds, and a lovely light family bathroom with a bath/shower. You'll have access to two private terraces, one accessible from the open planned living space and the other from the master suite, perfect for BBQing and alfresco dining, or enjoying a cup of coffee. When you get back from the beach there is a handy outdoor shower. Guest access There is ample parking outside the property for at least four cars, and 3-4 cars outside the Annex. Hayle town is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk, with a decent selection of shops and restaurants. Access to the property is easy being 5 minutes off the A30. Other things to note Please be aware your booking will be for two separate dwellings, separated by 15 metres path and a garden gate. The main house is set up to accommodate 8 guests and the annex 4 guests.
