It is a housing complex with apartment buildings and outdoor areas featuring a scenic promenade leading to the city center or southward on the island and its recreational areas. Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment comes with a parking space in the garage on the 1st floor. It has two bedrooms, one larger (for rent) and one smaller (used by the host). The room for rent has a double bed and wardrobe for the quests. The open living room and kitchen area can accommodate many people at the dining table. There are many windows providing natural light and a view of the canal/sea. Additionally, there is a south-facing balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils. The bathroom includes a combined washer and dryer. The apartment has underfloor heating and ample storage space.
