Pls take off shoes prior to entering into the house. 5. Pls put trash bags to trash bins outside the house and don't leave trash in rooms, garage or front/backyard. 6. OUR HOME STRICTLY PROHIBIT THESE BEHAVIORS: (1) Any Smoking/vaping in particular marijuana inside and outside the house. (2) Any parties, events, large group gathering (max 15 including visitors), loud music or interference. There is a noise detector to detect excessive noise (in the backyard only). (3) Unregistered guests. You will be asked to leave the house immediately without a refund if there is a violation. 7. Pet fees will apply. We need your cooperation to make sure your pet is well behaved and potty trained to avoid claim for any damage or extra cleaning fee. 8. No lighting candles, aromatherapy or other open fire in the house. 9. We are not responsible for any accident, injury, disease, or loss of luggage or other belongings during your stay. 10.
