The house’s design gracefully blurs the line between indoor/outdoor living, with floor to ceiling glass, picture windows, and open areas. The property has eight air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, with a total of ten king beds. Adjoining the main house is a two-story apartment with two upstairs bedrooms, a separate kitchenette, and dining area. The Malinche Palace is ideally suited for family members of all ages, a couple’s retreat, corporate getaways, or the perfect destination wedding. Overall, the house is estimated to fit 18 people, and if needed, the couches and air mattresses can be used to accommodate up to 22 people. A spacious common area connects the main kitchen and BBQ area allowing your loved ones to truly enjoy each other’s company while being surrounded by the beauty of Costa Rica. After a day at the beach, for a cozy night in, spend your evening in the movie room complete with TV, comfy couches, and a fully operating movie theatre.
