The space The villa, with a roof featuring typical Sicilian tiles and a highly effective thermal insulation system, overlooks a large English lawn. The wooden solarium area is equipped with a hydromassage mini-pool with integrated Blutooth audio system from which you can fully benefit from the exceptional sea view. The outdoor spaces are equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, an outdoor shower and a cooking area with gas barbecue. The covered, handcrafted wooden veranda faces the sea and is also equipped with a table and chairs. The house is entirely arranged on the ground floor. It is equipped with two finely furnished double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The high quality of the Italian-made mattresses should be underlined. It is served by two bathrooms with resin floors equipped with large wall-mounted showers. In one of the bathrooms, recycled local "cementine" tiles (vintage tile in vogue between 1920 and 1960) patiently collected by the owner over the years are used as cladding for the shower walls. The open space kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. The presence of a kitchen with island allows for a pleasant breakfast with a view of the sea through the large window in the living room. The furnishings are largely made by local artisans with high quality elements, revisiting recycled materials from farmhouses in the area. The result is of fine aesthetic taste, such as the living room lamps made personally by the owner using work tools from Sicilian farmers, and the wardrobe doors made from ancient planks. The pool can be heated by increasing the water temperature up to 36° C. However, this takes several hours.
