Welcome to our cozy apartment in module 3, with a balcony with partial ocean views and a stunning view of the mountains. Located just one block from Riviera Beach (approx. 4 min walk), quiet and safe, this space enchants with its landscapes and proximity to the mall. Ideal for couples and families, the condominium offers 2 swimming pools, 3 barbecues, a sauna, and we have quality Wi-Fi in the apartment for remote work. A perfect place to relax :) The space - the apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of them being an en-suite. - Two air-conditioned rooms and all with a ceiling fan; - all rooms have a balcony - in addition to the en-suite bathroom, the apartment has 1 more super equipped and large bathroom. 1 double bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds (6 persons) - main balcony with ample space and table (no safety net) - large dining table - living room with smart TV (access to channels through Claro's app) - super-equipped kitchen - laundry space with washing machine - Wifi 500 mega (perfect for home office) - cozy decoration:) - at this time, we don't provide linen and towels! Guest access Visitors have access to the three poolside barbecues upon reservation with the caretaker. In addition, the tennis court, game room, swimming pools and sauna are available. You can also use the ice machine located on the ground floor of the building (1 bag of ice per day per apartment). BEACH ACCESS: Calm and clean sea, white sands, ideal for families. 4.5 km of sandy strip for walking The apartment is entitled to 8 chairs on the beach, which is one block away. Beach service: You won't have to worry about a thing, as soon as you arrive at the beach you'll have your space reserved with an umbrella and 8 chairs. Other things to note -We do not currently accept PET; -At the moment, we do not provide bed linen and towels; -Unprotected balcony; -Full kitchen - You won't have to worry about a thing; -Powerful Wi-Fi for home office; -One parking space; -Two air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ceiling fans; - Ceiling fan in the living room.
