JD&S Apartments Unit 4

JD&S Unit 4's bedrooms were decorated using photos from lifestyle magazines. The photo frame in the living area is a paint-by-number piece done by the host herself. This listing is located at the rear end of the property, thus noise and sunlight are kept to a minimum. The space The muted colors of the space evokes a sense of calmness and serenity. It is located at the northside of the property away from noise coming from the passersby. You can also glimpse the mountainside at the living area. Guest access JD & S Apartment has four unit suites. There is only one gate for all the guests. Thus, the entryway will be shared with other guests. This space is located in the second level. Other things to note ☑️In excess of 4 pax, we charge 500 nightly for the extra person. ☑️Damage or lost item will be replaced thru cash upon check-out or thru Airbnb. You can also replace it by purchasing more or less the same item. ☑️Minimize noise starting 9pm-7am the following day so as not to disturb the neighbors. ☑️Please DO NOT bring items outside of the unit or outside of the apartment. Thank you. ☑️The apartment is a non-smoking area. Smoke outside of the gate or outside of the parking space. ☑️ We do not allow bringing of pets inside the apartment unit, however, we have two friendly or harmless rescue dogs in the property. Do not panic or do not be alarmed. Just relax and allow them to sniff you or your things. Calling them by their names: Maribel (big one), and Kulit (small one) signals them that you are our guests. If they go out of the property, just let them be. Worry not because they will find a way (when another guest opens the gate) to return home.
