Our lovingly designed vacation home awaits you in the idyllic and quiet village of Hagenburg, just a relaxed 10-minute drive from the shores of Lake Steinhude. Other things to note Welcome to our spacious vacation home with an area of 124 square meters that leaves nothing to be desired. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a beverage store, a snack bar and the local savings bank. By bike you can also easily reach a pharmacy and two supermarkets (EDEKA and Aldi). The house is located directly on a picturesque dirt road, which invites you to relaxed walks with the whole family, including your four-legged companion. The nearest bus stop is just 500 meters away. From there you can reach the charming city center of Wunstorf in just 10 minutes, which is ideal for shopping and ice cream. The state capital of Hanover can be reached in just 35 minutes. Visit the historic old town, various museums or the Hanover Zoo. Extend your visit with a walk around the Maschsee or explore the magnificent Herrenhausen Gardens. Our house was built in 2009 and has been lovingly maintained ever since. Enjoy your morning coffee on our inviting terrace and refresh yourself in the pool. The house has two bedrooms, each equipped with box spring beds measuring 180 x 200 cm. There is also a cozy reading room with a pull-out couch (140 x 190 cm), which is perfect for our little overnight guests. The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and provides additional well-being. The spacious kitchen invites you to cook together with the family, while the open living and dining area offers plenty of space for everyone. Towels and linens are included, and all windows have exterior blinds. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. If you own an electric vehicle, you can conveniently charge it at our wallbox.
