Place to stay in Montezuma

Over looking the beach and the ocean, on the upper level of the Villa, right on Montezuma Beach. Fall asleep listening to the waves in this roomy suite with air conditioned (or fresh air and fans if preferred) , with one queen bed and one double bed, vaulted ceilings, private outside entrance and private bathrooms. Garden doors open to a large balcony, over looking ocean and pool. The space Our property on the white sand beach, on the north side of Montezuma, a 5 minute walk to the center of town, has 3 full time employees to care for your needs, and live on the property caretakers so you always have help if a problem or question arises. We have 3 houses within "shouting distance " from each other but also private enough from one another for plenty of quiet time. People of all ages love it here as they can jump into the ocean right in front of the houses, play on the beach, swim in the pool, located in the center of the 3 houses, run to town in 5 minutes for that forgotten loaf of bread for breakfast or stop in at one of the beach bars for a cold cerveza, Enjoy fabulous foods from the many restaurants in in the magical little town of Montezuma. Or you can just relax and read books in the many hammocks or beach chairs on the property, observe the many animals such as monkeys, pasotis, iguanas, turtles (babies too) etc. and many types of birds. You can even do cartwheels on the big green lawn in front of the property or race into a wave with your boogie board. Guest access There are 2 separate suites, accessed by private outside stairway leading to outside private entrances. Other things to note 1. Passports may need to be valid for 6 months after entering Costa Rica depending on country of origin. 2. Reading house manual soon after confirming is important ! (I also send this information via email soon after confirming.) 4. The suites have coffee pot, toaster and small refrigerator great for breakfast and lunch. 5. Pool maintenance person/gardener and housekeepers work on property daily 6. The Villa suites are located a 5 to 7 minute WALK by shady path or stroll on the beach to the town of Montezuma. 7. Access road to property from town with Secure parking located on the property. 8. Careful! You may never want to leave.
