FOUR SLEEPING AREAS SUMMARIZED: 3 fully equipped bedrooms await to meet all your personal space and privacy needs. Our penthouse is comfortable for up to 6 to 10 guests. 12 guests will require an EXTRA written pre-approval. Due to hosting costs, after 6 guests there is a small incremental charge. (Yes, children as guest count.) Master Bedroom #1: King Size Bed – ensuite full bathroom - ocean view – own air conditioner - closet – 55” Smart TV, extra-large silent fan, darkening curtains, sitting area Bedroom #2: Two Full Size Beds - ensuite full bathroom - own air conditioner – Work desk and chair - closet – Nice green view – extra-large fan Bedroom #3: 2 Full size Beds (53’) – shared bathroom – own air conditioner - Fan - Closet Penthouse Fun & Sleeping Room #4: Two twin size mattresses for bed – private large full bathroom – own air conditioner – 2 huge fans – 75” smart TV - work desk and chair SCREENED WINDOWS: All bedroom windows and entire home has easy to open sliding windows and screened for pests. The awesome ocean breezes and being on higher-level floors reduces pests. SPECTACULAR ROOFTOP TERRACE VIEWS: The best place to enjoy the incredible views of the ocean and beach is on this 4th floor terrace. There is a natural wood-beam pergola with a variety of multifunction furniture (i.e. lounges for private suntanning, sofas, and tables for reading, and powerful outdoor wall-fan). For nighttime, there is cool lighting, or turn lights off for stargazing. PRIVATE BBQ: We added a new BBQ and propane tank for cooking outdoors. Please be careful. FUN LIVING ROOM (SPACIOUS ENTERTAINMENT AREA): The 4th floor spacious air-conditioned entertainment area has a new 75” Smart TV. This has a full bathroom with nice shower. Two new ultra-comfortable bed-like sofas, size of two single beds. Two new super large fans to create fresh air flow. Just steps to the outside terrace for in and outdoor fun! Then just step outside to the equally spacious patio with lighted pergola, outdoor furniture. FORMAL DINING / LIVING ROOM: The large dining room has 48” square table to accommodate 8 people. Next to this is our formal living room with two new 3-seat sofas with coffee and end-tables. Plus, there is a new 55” Smart TV. This entire area has sliding screened windows with panoramic ocean and pool views. TERRAZAS DEL ATLANTICO AMENITIES: Premium community of Las Terrenas that has multiple pools (kids and adults) to share with lounge chairs for sun-tanning. We have a full staff to maintain the pools and common areas. Our community has common-sense rules for all owners and guests. Free open parking in the back and 24/7 gated security entrance. There are two guards on-duty at night. THE KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare and cook your own meals. It has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, 2 types of coffeemakers (including Dominican “greca”), teapot, plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils, all necessary kitchen items, ask us if you require something special. SPECIAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: Light housekeeping and cleaning service may be arranged as needed and as available. One cleaning service is included for reservations of more than 4 nights. We will do our best to adapt this cleaning to your needs. (Extra maid service and cleaning can be arranged with fees.) We can help you to organize your transfer from and to the airport; plus, to coordinate your vacation activities. AIR CONDITIONING & ELECTRICITY: We made a major investment to replace all air conditioners. Each bedroom has its own NEW air conditioner. As electricity is so expensive, all our 5-air conditioner will be monitored for excess use. Plus, almost all rooms have wonderful extra-large cooling fans. [ ] Basic electricity of 30 KWT per day in included. If there is excessive usage of air conditioners, there may be an extra charge at the time of departure according to the electricity meter. The price per KWT is 15 DOP. [ ] Please close doors and windows while the air conditioning is on to improve cooling performance and save energy and be sure to turn it off when leaving the unit. We reserve the right to remotely shut down overused air conditioners. [ ] Prior to check-in, we may you to provide identification and/or security deposit that will be returned at your check-out if you don’t have any excessive electrical usage charge or damages. LOS PESCADORES: Easy short walk to nearby top restaurants, including famous Los Pescadores being rebuilt. Or in the evening, stroll to nearby bars, music and dancing clubs. Everything else is a short walk to city center for shopping (Puerto Plaza ships), banking, pharmacies, natural juice bars, special coffee, and markets, and even massages. Yet, we are situated away from road, so we don't get disturbing noise from the far-away street. At night if you open the windows, you will be able to hear the ocean waves.
