Pet friendly Sea breeze country retreat

Nestled in amongst established trees and surrounded by gardens and farm land is our quaint and quiet 3 bedroom home that can sleep up to 6 people Only 5 min drive to the beach or koroit, a 10 min drive to Port Fairy or a 15 min drive to Warrnambool. The Warrnambool to Port Fairy rail trail is right out the back. We have a fully enclosed and secure backyard so your pets can comfortably enjoy a holiday too. There is a 2 resident cows in the house paddock (please read house rules). The space A 1960’s house that has been renovated with a country charm. The house is set back from the road but hidden behind beautiful trees so there can be a small amount of traffic noise. Our country retreat has a large living area with split system and wood fire. A gorgeous open planned full kitchen with everything you could need including a smashing view of the out paddock with Bubba the white cow. 3 bedrooms, large master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has single bed and a trundle. There is a full laundry for you to use. Outdoor patio area with bbq (clean after use). Filtered water is supplied! Tank water in the house (safe to drink) and bore water outside. Guest access We live on a farm about 30mins away so access is via key box with code Other things to note Each guest over 3 will incur an additional fee. Discounts for weekly and monthly bookings. There is an electric hot water system that reheats overnight. It is rated for a family of 6. On check out day please be considerate towards the next group coming in and keep showers to a minimum so they can enjoy a shower too, if you have checked in and run out of hot water it reheats overnight and you will have plenty by morning.
