In addition to a private salt water pool & spa, there are 3 heated community pools, Basketball courts, sand volleyball & more located steps from the house. You will have free access to a pitch & putt course, frisbee golf course, tennis/pickle ball courts & a catch & release pond. The private patio is also equipped with a propane fire pit, misting system as well as a in-ground pool and hot tub The space This quaint property in Johnson ranch is just the place you need to be with family or friends! You could do a different activity every day and not spend a dime going outside of the community. The master is huge with a two desk office space and ensuite with a large master closet. There is an open concept kitchen/dining/ living room space which is perfect for family get togethers and for watching the game while preparing a great meal. There is an additional den area with a table for games and couch to curl up on to read a good book. There are also two additional bedrooms which share a hallway with an additional bathroom. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property Security deposit may be administered by Host at the hosts discretion. All deposits must be paid in full before entering the property. Other things to note Key card required to enter community amenities, Loss of key card will be a $100 dollar charge The key card will get you into the 3 beautiful and heated community pools. One of which is steps away! BBQ Grill is run by propane and needs to be turned off after every use. Both the City of San Tan Valley and the HOA Community are very sensitive to disruptions from vacation homes- PLEASE do not make our rental an issue! All guests wanting to book need to be 21+ unless otherwise approved by the host. **The City of San Tan Valley has a 10pm-7am noise ordinance that they strictly enforce with fines up to $1,500, and may result in termination of your stay with immediate eviction w/out reimbursement if neighbors call the police! ** No smoking on the property or in the house, violation of this will be a 200 dollar fine plus whatever additional costs to us to remove odors. No parties or events! If this is violated you may be asked to leave with no refund guaranteed. No drug use! immediate eviction with no refund. No animals!
