Our dog friendly home is fully fenced and presents beautifully with quality furnishings throughout, with exceptional everyday conveniences all within walking distance. A fantastic location to base yourself from for events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Coopers Stadium and Adelaide Oval. The space The house has modern furnishings and everything you need for a relaxing stay. All linen is supplied and the kitchen includes small appliances and some pantry items. The private, secure and fully fenced backyard includes outdoor furniture and artificial lawn. The front yard can also be fully secured, with both area's perfect for your pooch. Nestled on a charming suburban street, our property enjoys a unique tranquillity despite the occasional hustle and bustle that characterises the area. The street comes alive with intermittent bursts of traffic and pedestrians during peak hours, creating a lively atmosphere. Yet, our parking remains unaffected, thanks to the thoughtful design and ample space available for guests. The seamless flow of vehicles and people doesn't encroach upon our property's peaceful ambiance. Guest access The home is yours to enjoy for the length of your stay. The storage room and shed will be locked and is for private use only. PLEASE NOTE: The second bedroom will not be made up unless 3 or more guests have booked, or prior arrangements have been made. Extra linen fees apply. Self check in is via a smart lock. Further details will be provided closer to your occupancy date. If required we will be available to assist where necessary. The property caters for 2 vehicles comfortably. Access to the home is via the front door. Other things to note Please make sure you select the total number of guests when confirming your booking. It will be assumed 2 guest bookings will only require one bedroom unless advised otherwise.
