The updated kitchen with stainless appliances enjoys a great view of the lake which is just 20 feet from the large front deck. Sit inside at the kitchen table or cook dinner and see your family playing at the beach, swimming from the dock, or sitting around the beachfront bonfire pit. The master bedroom has a birch log headboard and queen sized bed as well as french doors overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed as well as a twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed. There is a den that can be used as a fifth bedroom if needed. It has a futon couch and french doors opening up to the lake. The living room has a gas log fireplace, flat screen TV, and french doors that open up to the lake. Swimming beach comes with a dock, rowboat, paddle boat, canoe and two kayaks. The house has a washer and dryer, gas grill, and attached two car garage. WIFI included. Guests have access to the entire home, garage, yard, and waterfront. Host lives in the area. She is available by phone/text to answer questions about the home and make recommendations about restaurants and other local activities. Bryan Lake is a small, non-motorized lake. A cup of coffee can be enjoyed on the deck or dock in peace and quiet and kids can swim and play safely without worry of speedboats or jet skis. Loons can be heard on the lake at night and bald eagles frequently fly overhead. The lake is great for fishing, turtle hunting, swimming or just enjoying a leisurely boat ride. For those who enjoy water skiing etc, all sports Ann Lake is literally just across the street and a boat launch is only a mile away. The cottage is located in the quaint village of Lake Ann. The village is host to a family friendly brewery with live music most nights during the summer, a couple of small restaurants, a general store, a park, and many nearby hiking trails. The Village of Lake Ann is centrally located between Traverse City to the East, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake Shore to the West, Leelanau Wineries to the North and Interlochen Arts Academy to the South. Day trips to all of these locations are short and easy, but the home and lake themselves have plenty to keep everyone occupied and happy.
