We welcome you to our apartment in a new building at the junction of the 13th and 6th districts of Budapest We have 2 buildings next to each other with a total of 23 apartments of different sizes (1,2, 3, 4 rooms) to choose from. This means that larger groups can rent several properties our guests can park their car for free in the underground garage of the building (one parking space per apartment). The space 3 rooms with distribution -2 separate bedrooms (2-2 persons with beds) - 1 spacious living room with American kitchen (with sofa bed for 2 persons) Important information: in my opinion the property is comfortable for 6 people. The accommodation has been approved for 7 people. Please note that 1 additional person can only sleep on a fold-out guest bed (extra bed). The extra bed can be placed in the living room. The extra bed is less comfortable than a normal bed. Guest access the entire space is available for apartment use. Free parking for one car in the garage on request. quiet break between 10 pm and 7 am. house parties are not allowed. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms of the property. Smoke detectors are installed. You can smoke on the large terrace. Pets are not allowed in the property. House parties and events are strictly forbidden for the peace of mind of the neighbours.
