The flat is a self contained annexe of our home; it's our guest accommodation for when family and friends come to stay, so is comfortably furnished for visiting family, but available a lot of the time. It's well placed - close to Falmouth Centre and other amenities. There is one bedroom with king-sized bed but also a sofa bed for a child or occasional third person (subject to our approval). It's quite compact side for three adults, but works works well for parent and child situations The space It is a very comfortable self contained one bedroom apartment with all facilities . There is also a sofa bed so can easily accommodate a couple and child. The flat is separately accessed from a side gate from our driveway and adjoins the garden of our home, part of which is set aside for you with sitting area, outside table and pizza oven all of which you are welcome to use. Guests have their own independent entrance to the flat itself. The flat is gas centrally heated so it’s nice and cosy in the winter months Guest access There is independent access via a gate from the parking area which gives access to the apartment and the garden. The garden is fully accessible to guests except for the wood built workshop Other things to note Superfast broadband WiFi is available and there is a Smart Tv is in the flat. BT streamed TV is available for this
