This is a self-check-in unit. Door access code will be provided once the unit is ready for check-in. We can't accommodate early check in and late check out. Check in starts at 2PM, check out 12NN. We are located in tower 18, ground floor, just 2-3 minute walk from the entrance. Guest would have to walk up the stairs upon entrance as our lobby is currently under construction. Turn it off when not in use. 🟤Kindly clean and wash your dishes and put it back on the dish rack 🟤Always use the rangehood when cooking. LIGHT COOKING ONLY. 🟤Please use ONLY the silicon spatula when cooking to avoid scratching the pan 🟤Refrain from logging out Netflix and other accounts in the Smart TV 🟤Do not leave footwears, trash and/or other things outside the unit/hallway 🟤Please refrain from using any footwear on the buri mat 🟤For food deliveries, meet the rider at the tower lobby as they will not be allowed to enter the building 🟤Please settle any bills from the honesty store before checking out ❌Do not unplug any appliance ❌Please do not open the window ❌Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit and within the vicinity of Trees Residences ( Php 5000 fine will apply for violators) ❌No parties or loud noises allowed.
