The Stables, Old Parke House

The Stables is a stand alone property within the grounds of Old Parke House, a grade II* listed property in the heart of Amport village. It has been refurbished to a high standard and has a small private garden and dedicated entrance, driveway and parking. Outside the gates, it is an easy walk to the village green, the church and there are a large number of beautiful country walks which can easily go via our local Brewery or the village pub. The space This is a charming old stables that has become a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large open plan living area. It has the benefit of a dedicated study area upstairs and also has a new fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs is an accessible bedroom with a king size bed, upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed and then a connecting bedroom with 2 single beds. Please note the third bedroom is accessed through the second bedroom and has a low doorway and beams as it is an original stables/barn that has been converted. We mostly recommend this room is suitable for children/younger people. Guest access Guest have their own entrance, driveway parking for 3 cars and a private garden with a lawn and terrace with BBQ and seating.
