Beautiful period cottage just moments from Marlborough High St, conveniently placed for all that this vibrant market town has to offer. Recently ranked second best shopping destination in the UK, the town offers a mix of major retailers, independent boutiques, coffee and tea shops as well as a wide range of restaurants. Public transport links to Avebury, Stone Henge, Salisbury and Devizes. The garden, located across a cobbled pathway, offers a great area to relax The space The space is comprised of an open plan living area with seating and drop-leaf dining table with folding chairs. TV with freeview. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer. Amenities also include; kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. The upstairs comprises of one double and one single bedroom with space for a travel cot (available on request) and a bathroom with a shower over bath. The garden is to the front of the property across a cobbled pathway. A shed is available for storing bikes etc and a table and chairs are available for alfresco dining. Please see the ‘Getting Around’ section for parking information. Guest access The cottage is accessed from the High St down a cobbled pathway. Guests have full access to the house and garden. Other things to note Please note the fireplaces are blocked and for feature purposes only so please do not attempt to light. While dogs are more than welcome, please notify us at the time of booking. We also ask that dogs are not left alone in the cottage. Dogs are also not allowed on the beds or furniture - thank you in advance.
