Saham Grove Hall is a large country house in Norfolk sleeping up to 28 guests across 11 bedrooms. Ideal for celebrations and group stays, the property offers exclusive use of an outdoor pool, year round hot tub, tennis court and games room, set within four acres of private grounds. The space Saham Grove Hall is designed for groups to spend time together comfortably while still enjoying space to relax. The house includes multiple living areas, original features and open fireplaces, creating a welcoming setting for extended stays. The large dining table seats up to 20 guests, making shared meals and celebration dinners a central part of the stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering or private catering. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities including a games room with pool table, spacious gardens, a tennis court, and a year round hot tub. During the warmer months, the outdoor swimming pool (available from 1 April to 1 October) becomes a natural hub for the group, with sun loungers and seating for relaxed afternoons. The house sits within four acres of private grounds, providing space for outdoor games, group activities and quiet time in the countryside. Well behaved dogs are welcome, making it easy to enjoy your stay with the whole family. The property backs onto a working arable farm, and you may occasionally hear farm activity during seasonal periods such as planting and harvest. Guest access Guests have exclusive private use of the house, gardens, swimming pool, hot tub and games room throughout their stay. Other things to note Weekend prices are based on Friday and Saturday being booked together. We do not accept check ins on Saturdays.
