In addition, the cozy sofa in the living room offers 2 additional sleeping places. A place for connoisseurs, athletes and those seeking tranquility – an exclusive experience all year round! ✨ Guest access Please note that the apartment is located on the middle floor of the apartment building, where you have to go down the wooden stairs once and unfortunately there is no elevator. In addition, the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are also located on the upper floor of the duplex apartment and climbing stairs is necessary. You can check in with us easily, flexibly and independently using a digital door lock. You will receive the code for this a few days before your arrival. 🔑📧 Other things to note CURRENCY: A local or tourist tax of €2.90/night (from 18 years) is payable per person. This must be paid by bank transfer BEFORE arrival! ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL: For registration reasons of the state of Carinthia, we need the fully completed check-in form from all persons BEFORE ARRIVAL, which you will receive from us by email in good time! PARKING FACILITIES: You can park directly in front of the apartment with max. 2 cars. Please park in such a way that other tenants still have enough space. If you arrive with more than two cars, you can first unload your luggage directly at the apartment & then park the car for free opposite the large parking lot of the Nockalmbahn valley station. (150 m) 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡 & 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗢𝗨𝗧: Our self check-in allows you a flexible arrival from 4 pm. Check-out should be by 10am at the latest so we can prepare the apartment for our next guests. 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗩: A smart TV is available to you in the living room. There you can log in with your own streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. HOUSEHOLD: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the apartment to accommodate allergic guests. 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬'𝗦: Group parties of any kind are prohibited in this apartment. (Company Christmas party, bachelor parties, etc.) CLEANING: The apartment is non-smoking. Please respect this and only smoke outdoors. CLEANING: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each check-in. During your stay, cleaning utensils such as brooms & shovel are available to you. On request, you can request an intermediate cleaning for an additional fee. However, we have to clarify this individually with our cleaning staff and we cannot guarantee this.
