The space Basics: This duplex units have two suites that are designed for both comfort and relaxation. Each suite has a full bathroom with a walk in shower, small sink, a kitchenette that has a small sink, microwave, coffee maker with all the coffee fixings you'll ever need along with a mini fridge/ freezer and a table and chairs for 2. There is a queen sized bed with a Tempu-Pedic mattress along with a twin day bed /trundle bed which also provides comfortable seating while you're relaxing. There is access to a common laundry room where laundry can be done on site during quiet hours. Trailer/ RV Parking: Being on 80 acres of beautiful central Kentucky farmland, we can provide trailer parking and electric/ water hookups (3) for guests with living quarter trailers or RVs. Hookups are $45.00/ night. Sewage dump is available. Horse Boarding: We have 12'X12' stalls available for rent for guests who are laying over or traveling with equine companions. Stalls rent for $25.00/night. Bedding included. Most stalls have automatic waterers, but buckets may be used to monitor water intake. We have mixed grass hay available for sale if needed. Arena Usage: For guests who need to exercise their horses during your stay, our 172'X80' indoor sand footing arena is available for an additional $30.00 per rider, up to three hours of use. NOTE: Availability will vary. Horseback Riding Lessons: Want to take a beginner horseback riding lesson during your stay? Lessons are available as a private 1:1 lesson or in a group if you're traveling with friends and family. Contact Nicki for pricing and availability. Offsite Riding: If you're already comfortable riding a horse, maybe you want to travel offsite with one of the hosts to experience the woods and wildlife on horseback. Guests who have equine companions will have access to the barn area. Other things to note We do have a long term rental home next door to the suites, the parking is in the middle of the two buildings.
