Tarate is an independent abode of lofts nested by the green Petulu village, Ubud. Each of the six studio unit offers a distinct and unique replica of places and moods. Inspired by our love for travel, Tarate wish to be a home to urban curious travellers seeking modern locality in Ubud Bali. Complimentary pickup and drop-off within Ubud is provided for check-in and check-out (minimum stay of 3 nights). This service is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. The space Located on the 1st floor of the building, this studio loft faces the outdoor area. The private studio space itself is designed as a loft, with a high ceiling, ground floor and an upper floor connected by stairs. All six rooms are designed uniquely, and this particular room is inspired by modern urban industrial interior. The studio is completed with an ensuite bathroom, and kitchen downstairs. In the back, you can find a small back terrace to hide away and relax. Just outside is the communal pool, which overlooks the rice field, is shared with guests from the 5 other rooms, allowing you to relax and enjoy. This Modern Industrial-inspired unit offers approximately 36.2 square meters of indoor and outdoor living space, broken down as follows: Main studio area: 7 × 3.15 m (22 m²) Mezzanine (sleeping area): 3.15 × 2.9 m (9.2 m²) Front terrace: (5 m²) Guest access Our building is located on the right on the side of the road with a private small pathway that leads to the accommodation. Upon the entrance you can find our parking area. The building itself consists of 6 uniquely styled loft studios. There is a shared pool next to the entrance with a size of of 3x8 m, the pool comes with a day bed in which you can relax and lounge after swimming. Upstairs, there are lounging area with dining tables for outdoor working and sofa overlooking the beautiful balcony, you can simply enjoy the serene view of the paddy rice field here. While occasional noise may be heard, it is minimal and does not disrupt daily activities. The workers are not on a full schedule, so the impact on your stay will be very limited. We would like to put extra attention to guest(s) in regards to the stairs to the bedroom area, please pay attention to your footsteps as the handrail is only on one side of the stairs. Check Out Procedure • Check-out time is 12.00 pm on your departure date. Please kindly follow this schedule, as our housekeeping staff needs time to prepare for our next guest arrival. - If you want to check out earlier than the standard check-out time, please inform our co-host a day in advance. - Extension of check out time until 6.00 pm is subject to space available and an additional 50% from room rate per night will be applied. Check-out after 6.00 pm is subject to one night room charge. - One hour before check out, our staff will check the room to ensure that there is no damage to the equipment, furniture and parts of the building due to the guest's fault. In the case that we find one a compensation fee will be charged. - All bills while staying in the room must be paid before check out. - You will be asked to fill the guest comment form to help us improve our services. - Our staff will help bring your luggage from the villa to the parking lot.
