We live on a 104 acre homestead and have extensive wildlife, vegetable gardens, a wood-fired oven, two kids, one cat, and ten chickens. The stairwell and area leading to the apartment are well lit. No pets, no exceptions. Guests bringing pets will be charged a $1000 fee.
