Our house sits on a large gradual graded lot with breathtaking views of the sunset over the mountains. While private, we are not secluded and do have a couple neighbors nearby. We are also just a short drive from dining options, stores and attractions. -minimum age to rent is 25 years old -boat and jet ski lifts are not for guest use -power and boat tie up at dock -non smoking/vaping home -no parties or fireworks allowed on property -only guests listed on original booking are permitted to stay on property.
