The space Luxury 200 m² villa, independent and located in a quiet and peaceful area, La Maison Bleue welcomes you all year round for a weekend, a week or more in the heart of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. It is located 5 minutes from AVRANCHES, 20 minutes from the beaches of JULLOUVILLE and CAROLLES, and 30 minutes from GRANVILLE. Being 5 minutes from the A84, it is 30 minutes from the MERVEILLE, 55 minutes from CANCALE, DINARD and SAINT-MALO, and 1 hr 20 minutes from the landing beaches (OMAHA BEACH, UTAH BEACH, etc.). The house consists of 3 sleeping areas: the ground floor – the game room floor – the sauna floor. The mezzanine is located on the sauna floor, there is only one bedroom and 1 bathroom on this floor, making it a separate area of the house. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom and toilet, both of which are independent. You have access to the entire house. The pool is heated to 26°C and accessible from May to September. It is closed and not accessible from October to April. The pool is secured by a 3-point safety handle. The sauna and hot tub are accessible without time restrictions or constraints. The jacuzzi cover should be closed after each use for your safety and to maintain the temperature of the jacuzzi. The courtyard side facing the street is not fenced, and can park up to 8 cars. The garden side is fenced. Other things to note Bed linen and bath towels are extra, up to: €12/single bed; €18/double bed; €8/person for towels; This fee is payable upon arrival.
