The space A luxury villa of 250m², independent and located in a quiet and peaceful area, La Maison Bleue welcomes you all year round for a weekend, a week or more in the heart of the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel. It is located 5 minutes from Avranches, 20 minutes from the beaches of Jullouville and Carolles, and 30 minutes from Granville. Being 5 minutes from the A84, it is located 25 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel, 55 minutes from Cancale, Dinard and Saint-Malo, and 1 hour 20 minutes from the landing beaches (Omaha beach, Utah beach). The house consists of 3 sleeping areas: the ground floor - the games room floor - the sauna floor. The mezzanine is upstairs from the sauna, there is only one bedroom and 1 bathroom on this floor, making it a separate area from the house. Each sleeping area has a bathroom and toilet, both of which are independent. Regarding the rooms, the house has 5 bedrooms + 1 mezzanine, for 11 beds in total: Bedroom 1 (games room floor): 1 double bed 160 Bedroom 2 (SDJ floor): 1 double bed 160 + 1 single bed Bedroom 3 (ground floor): 1 double bed 160 Bedroom 4 (ground floor): 3 single beds Bedroom 5 (sauna floor): 1 double bed 140 + 2 single beds Mezzanine (sauna floor, overlooks bedroom 5 and 1 bathroom): 1 single bed Guest access The Maison Bleue is an independent house, with a garden of about 500m², and a private entrance. You get access to the entire townhouse. The pool is heated to 24°C and accessible from May to September. It is closed and not accessible from October to April. The pool is secured by a 3-point safety handle. The sauna and spa are accessible without time restrictions or constraints. The spa shutter must be closed after each use for your safety and to maintain the temperature of the spa. The courtyard side overlooking the street is not fenced, and allows parking for up to 6 cars. The garden side is fenced. Other things to note The bed linen and bath towels are extra, up to: €11/single bed; €17/double bed; €7/pers for towels; These fees are payable upon arrival.
