We have a campsite near Lake George in Skowhegan and we added a few sites to share with friends and family. This is a cozy cabin ideal for a couple or single who want to get away and enjoy the outdoors. There’s a small fridge to keep your drinks cold and an air conditioner to keep you comfortable on warm days. There’s a fire pit with a grill for cooking. Onsite there is a communal bath house and a covered pavilion. This campsite is just a short trail walk from the Lake George regional Park. The room includes a queen bed, 110 power, and air conditioning. There is also a mini fridge and a table with chairs. Quests are welcome to use the communal showers and the covered picnic and grilling area. The best way to get in touch is through the air bnb app. It’s about a 10 minute walk down to Lake George or a 1 minute drive down to their parking lot. It’s a 8 minute ride to downtown Skowhegan and about 3 minutes to Canaan. Currently there are 2 communal showers and very clean portable toilets. Hopefully we will have the new bathrooms finished this spring.
