Depending on check in time keys will be provided by your concierge or by the on-site housekeeper. - Standard Check-in is at 15:00 pm and Check-out is at 11:00 am - Early Check-in/Late Check-out can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability - Return keys to the on-site housekeeper at the time of check-out - failure to do so will result in a key replacement charge of USD 30 - For the entrance to the building, there is an additional fee of $15.000cop per person. - Please check with the concierge to coordinate your arrival time. Depending on the check-in time, the concierge or the cleaning staff will give you the keys. - Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Early check-in or late check-out can be requested, subject to availability. - Return the keys to the cleaning staff upon check-out; otherwise, you will be charged a $30 fee for key replacement. - Access to the building has an additional cost of 15,000 COP per person.
