Stay in! Tuck in with Charlotte’s 300+ books & movies. You’re just blocks from EOU and right up the street from the downtown hub. Tucked up against the foothills, wild turkeys and deer are regular visitors! **We are adamant Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion supporters!** And, we are PET FRIENDLY! The space Charlotte's Place offers a comfortable eclectic vintage-meets-retro vibe with two lounging areas; two bedrooms - 1 queen & 1 full; bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and shower enclosure; and, a large enclosed area for pups & casual BBQ. Secure parking in the private two-car garage allows covered access between your car and the house, making it a nice option to the available street parking on C Avenue. Guest access The entire house is yours during your stay! The garage is for your parking and use of the dryer. We store items (tools mostly) there and do occasionally enter the garage to access tools for outside work like mowing or snow removal if it's needed while you're there. We'll always let you know if we'll be coming and will do our best to coordinate what works for you! Other things to note PETS - We love traveling with our pets! We welcome well behaved potty-trained pets! WELCOME - We are committed to offering an environment where all guests feel welcomed and valued! We believe that EVERYONE has a right to be treated with respect and dignity. ACCESS - There are a few accessibility issues at Charlotte's: claw foot tub & a few stairs for entry. We do our utmost to accommodate your needs. SCENTS - We use minimally scented or un-scented cleaning products.
