First, and perhaps most importantly, Villa Brawta is an understated luxury Villa with incredible bay/beach views and easy beach access. Second, Villa Brawta is our vacation home, and we’ve worked hard to get all the details right. The pictures say it all. Finally, we’re not interested in getting rich off the villa, so we’re also priced well below market value a, which allows us to host many families that might not otherwise be able to afford anything like Villa Brawta. The space The Villa Brawta, which is Jamaican for "A little extra," has been our Jamaican family vacation home for many years, and we've recently updated and renovated it. At 3500 square feet, it's an excellent choice for large groups, family reunions, wedding parties, and other groups that prefer to lodge together. At the same time, its private baths for each room give it an element of privacy. Along with local hosts who maintain the villa and can organize a variety of services and activities, we are eager to share the beauty of our vacation home with our guests and their families.
