Rancho Las Tilapias consist of 5 cottages snuggled in the beautiful rainforest. Each cottage has been hand made from all natural wood that comes directly from our property. All units are 2 bedrooms/1 bathroom, Includes A/C, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with electric stove & coffeemaker. Incredible views from your terrace of the jungle/rainforest. If you would like a true authentic Costa Rica experience than this is the place for you! Enjoy everything you love about nature here with us at RLT! The space What makes this little piece of heaven so unique is the amount of activities and amenities one has onsite. Besides the cozy cottages, Rancho Las Tilapias also provides Rainforest Horse Tours that take you throughout the entire property to beautiful views, untouched jungle, a river and breathtaking waterfall. You will be guided by a professional guide who will point out and provide education on Costa Ricas amazing nature and animals. For the more adrenaline thrill seekers we also provide ATV tours that lead you through the lush primary rainforest (to not disturb guests animals or the nature at RLT) which takes you on about a 2 1/2 hour tour After taking a walk through the cave with your helmet and helmet light there is a river and pond you can take a swim to cool down and enjoy a snack of delicious pineapple grown directly from our property. There is also a awesome zip lining tour located about a 2min drive and 10min walk from the property called the 9 in one Amigos Del Rio tour that we highly recommend. Guest access Here at Rancho Las Tilapias guests have access to the entire property. We have walking trails that you are able to explore throughout the day. There is also a pool, mechanical bull. Every morning around 5-6am and every evening around 5-6pm a family of squirrel monkeys travel directly through the tree line right behind your cottages. There are mango, papaya, banana, guayaba and guava trees that the monkey just love to eat alongside your cottages so you can get an up close look at these beautiful creatures. We plan on implementing more tours and more nature trails for our guests to enjoy in the very near future. During your stay We are here for all your needs and want you to enjoy your private and beautiful stay with us. A property manager will be on premise at all times for any issues, guidance, or needs that may arise.
