Viridis is a charming apartment completely renovated and furnished with all amenities. It is located in a quiet location a few meters from the sea, a short walk from the shops and the tourist port of Marina di Andora. The apartment, located on the first floor, is ideal for couples and families who want to enjoy their vacation without sacrificing the comforts of home and the advantage of being able to get around without using a car. Accommodates up to four guests, in two separate rooms. The space The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, has a typical marine yet modern flavor, renovated with attention to detail. Located on the second floor of a condominium with a raised elevator, it consists of an entrance with a security door, centralized control of electric shutters, a kitchen with gas stoves and a large French window that gives access to a balcony overlooking the condominium garden, a coffee machine with Bourbon pods, a washing machine under the counter, and a refrigerator with freezer. Viridis has two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed with a 5cm topper and the second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed. Both are equipped with Smart TV and connected by a long balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom, with a window, is equipped with a walk-in shower. Available on the top floor is a private space on the large condominium terrace facing the sea and harbor view. Guest access Entrance in the condominium garden, on the second floor also reachable by elevator after climbing a ramp of 5 steps. Other things to note In the apartment, you will find all the essentials for the kitchen, cleaning products, shampoo and soap, as well as towels and bed linen. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. For the little ones, upon request, we provide a high chair, crib and baby bath. Parking From July 1 to August 31, free reserved parking is available, located on the property adjacent to the apartment, within a private courtyard enclosed by a gate. At other times of the year, there are public parking lots in the immediate vicinity, which are generally easy to find. Documents and regulations As required by current legislation, a valid identity document will be required at the time of check-in for each guest, including minors, for the registration of the data to be communicated to the Police Headquarters.
