The fully equipped kitchen boasts convenience with a microwave, pressure cooker/steamer, full fridge, and a handy chest freezer for storing your fresh catch. For your comfort, heaters and electric fans are provided. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with a queen bed on the mezzanine, a second bedroom with another queen, and a third bedroom offering 3 x twin beds. Embrace outdoor culinary adventures with the BBQ provided (Gas bottle provided and can be refilled at Whatuwhiwhi or bring your own). Parking is a breeze with ample space for both boats and cars. A practical fish cleaning and cutting bench, complete with a hose, is conveniently located under the house. Additionally, there are two entries to a secure boat launching beach, and local advice is readily available. Sure, I can help you with that! 😊 During dry summer periods, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our tank water supply. Please be aware that the property is not fenced, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the natural surroundings. Rangiputa Beach is a stunning swimming spot with crystal clear blue water, located in the Far North region of New Zealand. It's perfect for a short walk across the road with your family and offers a tropical island-like experience with its turquoise water, white sand, and unspoilt isolated feeling. Puheke Beach, on the other hand, is a glorious surf beach that invites you to swim or paddle. It's just a 5-minute drive from Rangiputa Beach and offers a perfect spot for surfing, collecting pipis, or sending out a long line. The beach also has sand dunes that you can explore and coastal walks to take in the views. If you're looking for more adventure, Ahipara is just a 30-minute drive away from Rangiputa Beach. It's a great place to go surfing, horse riding, or even to explore the famous 90 Mile Beach. Cape Reinga is also a must-visit destination while you're in the area. It's a 1.5-hour drive from Rangiputa Beach and offers stunning views of the Tasman Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Lastly, if you're in the mood for some delicious fish and chips, head over to Mangonui Fish Shop. It's a quaint seaside town that's just a short drive away from Rangiputa Beach. They serve some of the best fish and chips in the area, made fresh from the sea. Guest access Guest access is for the full property. There is one internal cupboard locked for owner and cleaner supplies and the outdoor shed is not of use. A key lock code will be provided for key access to the back door of the house Other things to note We supply a base amount of Body wash and hand soap and enough toilet paper to cover you for a few days. The kitchen will be supplied with dish washing liquid, spray and wipe, oil, salt and pepper Cleaning fee includes laundry service fee. Laundry service is pick up and delivery only so bed will not be made on arrival.
