Less than 4 miles from Texas A&M University campus and minutes to Texas Ave. This uniquely decorated townhome is 2 Bedroom, 3 bath, with 1 office - daybed combination room. Whether you are coming with friends and family to support the Aggies or just need a weekend sabbatical, we promise you will enjoy your stay in our cozy home. NO CLEANING FEE REQUIRED! college station permit #str2023-000142 The space The townhome is 2 complete bedrooms, 1 office daybed combo and 3 private bathrooms linked to each sleeping space. The bedrooms feature queen beds while the office shared bedroom is a full size fold out daybed. No closets will be available for use, however there is luggage racks provided for your convenience in the back bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiple cooking utensils, pots, pans and dinnerware available for guest use. Please note, 2 of the kitchen cabinets will be locked. A clothes washer and dryer are readily accessible within the home. The single TV provided in the living room is a Vizio smart tv with a *physical remote* or the option for access to the Vizio app with a phone to operate the TV. The decor is unique and eclectic with many antiques and artisan prints. I hope you enjoy the ambiance as much as I do. Please note, the home is occupied during the week, which is why the listing is typically only available as a weekend stay. *Please be aware the backyard appearance can fluctuate with the seasons. During summer it unfortunately can become quite barren.* Guest access The entire property is open to guests; except for 2 kitchen cabinets and only 1 closet in the middle room, all others will be locked for storage. Please note there will be food in the fridge, it is cleaned to give guests the most amount of room available. Feel free to use any condiments as needed. Other things to note Accommodations for longer stays or weeknights can be made upon early request. Our townhome strives to be low-waste because of this most of the cleaning products, dish soaps, hand soaps and provided hygiene products maybe is refillable glass bottles or bar form.
