Romantic Studio The space STUDIO 23 - A light filled, romantic hideaway with private terrace, off street parking and a great ambiance. The space is clean & fresh, with lots of home comforts to offer our guests maximum enjoyment. Located on the ground floor of our large home, in a suburban street, access is through a sliding louvred door onto your terrace and your privacy is assured. Our home has a tropical feel and is fully walled & gated. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk from here. This gorgeous, spacious Studio, within 5 minutes walk to stunning Yaroomba Beach - one of the best surf spots on the Sunshine Coast - is heaven for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway, or just somewhere to sit and enjoy the quiet. Studio 23 offers a canopied king bed, two comfortable lounge areas (one on the balcony and one inside opposite the bed), a private bathroom, flat screen TV, complimentary wi-fi, hair dryer, kettle & toaster, iron & board, microwave, small outdoor kitchen area including sink, induction cooktop, oven facilities and small bar fridge. Linen, towels, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware for two is provided. My favourite feature is the outdoor shower (with hot water), set amongst the palm trees, with full privacy. Extras include books, and basic amenities such as tea & coffee, soap, shampoo and toilet paper on arrival. Guest access Guests also have access to the shared pool and laundry facilities at the rear of the house. Other things to note There is a great coffee shop a short walk from here as well as a Thai restaurant. The nearest town is 3km and you will find a small shopping centre only 1.5km from the house.
