Nice summer home in Italy

Enjoy authentic Italy in the old town of a medieval little village in a renovated twin. There are shops, bars, and restaurants in the village. The location between the sea and the mountains offers stunning views and just a short drive to the seaside, where you'll find all the services. The space The apartment is located on the lowest floor of a house built in the 16th and 18th centuries. Rooms are built in the traditional way. The highest point of the vaulted ceiling is 3.5 meters. Walls of one-and-a-half meters ensure warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The bedroom is half inside the ground and is always constant (cool). There's a double bed. The kitchen sofa bed opens into a 140x200 size bed. With an air source heat pump, you can heat the apartment and adjust the heat to your liking. For extra heating, the apartment also has radiators and a flow-through heater. Guest access The entire home is at your disposal. There's a private patio in front of it. You can leave the car near the house if there is space or in a parking lot. Common parking spaces in the village are free. Other things to note The water comes from the mountains of Maiella. It's clean, fresh, and drinkable. The water quality is tested weekly because the pasta factories in the area use the same water. That said, the pipes are old. Up to 75% of the water goes to the wastage due to the plumbing. Therefore, the plumbing is being repaired at night. That's why in 2025 there is a 300-liter autoclave water storage installed in the apartment, which will turn on the water supply to the apartment when the water in the pipeline is cut off. There is no fixed wifi in the flat. We use the Finnish exit in the apartment. It works just fine in the front room. There is also free Wi-Fi network in the village, as well as on the beach. (Please indicate 3 days before the end of the rental if you'd like to order a final cleaning instead of doing it yourself. Cleanings are provided by a local entrepreneur who needs information in advance. ) If the tenant has a guide dog, the extra cleaning costs are 40€.
