Nice summer home in Italy

Enjoy authentic Italy in a renovated two-room apartment in the old town of a medieval small village. The village has shops, bars and restaurants. Located between the sea and the mountains, it offers stunning views and is just a short drive to the beach, where you will find all the services. On the Adriatic coast, you can swim, enjoy the sun, surf, paraglide, roller skate, or even cycle along Italy's longest bike path to charming villages. Minimum booking 7 days; please contact us if you need assistance. The space The apartment is located on the lowest floor of a house built in the 17th-18th century. The rooms are traditionally built. The highest point of the vaulted roof is 3.5 meters. The 1.5-meter walls ensure warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The bedroom is half in the ground and always at a constant temperature (cool). There's a double bed. The sofa bed in the kitchen opens up to a 140x200 bed. With the air heat pump, you can heat the apartment and adjust the heat to your liking. For additional heating, the apartment also has radiators and a flow heater. Guest access The apartment is entirely at your disposal. There is a private terrace in front of it. You can leave the car near the house if there is space or in the parking lot. The village's shared parking spaces are free of charge. Other things to note The water comes into the apartment from the Maiella mountains. It's clean, fresh and drinkable. Water quality is tested weekly because pasta factories in the area use the same water. However, the pipes are old. Up to 75% of the water is lost due to pipe breaks. That's why the pipeline is repaired at night. As a result, a 300-liter autoclave water tank has been installed in the apartment in 2025, which will start the water supply to the apartment when the water in the pipeline is cut off. There is no fixed wifi in the apartment. We ourselves use a Finnish connection in the apartment. It works great in the front room. The village also has free Wi-Fi, as well as the beach. (Please let us know 3 days before the end of your stay if you'd like to book a final cleaning instead of doing it yourself. Cleaning is provided by a local entrepreneur who needs to know in advance.)
