The space The home is a large studio unit. It is very spacious with large windows on both sides. There is plenty of sunlight throughout the day. For sleeping, we have 100% blackout curtains to cover all the windows to ensure our guests have a sound sleep every night :) The mattress is the top brand, Casper, Memory Foam Mattress to give you the perfect support during your sleep. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the unit which allows you to cook gourmet meals if you prefer. We supply Keurig coffee machine and Keurig pods, along with creams, sugar bags and tea bags for your convenience. We also supply all the cookware. Guest access You will have the entire unit for yourself. You don't need to share any space with others. Other things to note There is a Safeway grocery shopping located 2 miles away from the property. Shopping is very convenient for tenants. The nearest hospital is Sutter Lakeside Hospital. A 10 minutes to drive there. It is only 3.5 miles distance. Just 2 miles and a 5-minute drive from downtown Lakeport, where there are banks, post offices, etc. If you enjoy swimming, we have a place as the recommendation: Konocti Harbor Resort has opened the pool to people who don't stay at the resort.
