As you approach this property, you'll be led down a long, sealed drive, lined with prolific native gardens. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a bright open floor plan bathed in light, thanks to the ideal northerly aspect and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. At the heart of the home lies a dynamic, stone-topped gourmet kitchen and dining area. Here, you can sit around the six-seater counter-top while preparing a home-cooked meal. Afterwards, make your way to one of the three living areas, each furnished with large, cosy sofas, creating the perfect spaces for unwinding. From there, head outside to make the most of the sparkling pool, heated for comfort from December - Easter, cabana with barbeque and outdoor dining, or basketball court. Central cooling and heating ensure the home is comfortable no matter the season. The sleeping accommodations are as refined as the rest of the home, each tailored for relaxation and privacy. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while bedrooms two, three, and four each offer a queen. The fifth bedroom is perfectly suited for children with a bunk bed featuring two singles. Two full bathrooms are elegantly appointed, while an additional half bath adds convenience for guests. Adding to the home's functionality is a laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer.
