The space Our property unites tranquility and comfort in every detail. Bedrooms: The 10 air-conditioned suites offer comfortable beds, with options ranging from King, Queen, couple and single, adapting to the needs of each family. For those seeking more privacy, some suites are located in more reserved areas of the house. All bathrooms have heated showers. Our loft is made up of top brands such as Mmartan, Trussardi, Buddemeyer and Sams, including bath towels and Egyptian yarn pool for maximum comfort. Kitchen: With two equipped kitchens, the house offers practicality and functionality. The main kitchen has an electric oven, cooktop, industrial stove, airfryer and other appliances. A large refrigerator and two freezers are also available. To complete the experience, the house has a complete kitchen and table set, with large pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, bowls and other utensils. Internal area: Two integrated rooms offer comfortable sofas and chairs, TV, a 200 litre Venax brewery and a compact cellar. We also have a large barbecue grill with its own utensils and countertop. To further animate the environment, we provide a JBL Boombox speaker. External area: The green area with garden and pool with sun loungers and an oval rocking in nautical rope guarantee moments of leisure and relaxation. The Cayçara Ocean View is perfect for outdoor dining, equipped with tables and chairs also in nautical rope. Guest access In our property, guests have full access to all areas of the house, depending on the number of people, *with the exception of the staff quarters, located at the back of the property. This restricted area is used exclusively by our employees to ensure the best service during your stay.* Other things to note 1. Data: We request the data of each guest who will be present in the house, for conference on the day of entry. In this way, we ensure that everything happens as agreed and that the correct number of people is respected. 2. Airbnb allows a quote for a maximum of 16 people. As our house can accommodate more than that, if you are interested in booking for a larger group, we charge an extra fee of R$250 per person, per night, in the same way as it is done on the platform. 3. The house has two permanent employees who remain on site exclusively for the administration and maintenance of the property. They do not provide services to guests and there is no additional cost for their presence a) Housekeeper: Responsible for the general maintenance of the house and external areas, ensuring the full operation of the facilities during the period of the stay. b) Supervisor: Professional with similar functions to those of a concierge, responsible for auxiliary in the organization and administration of the house, supervise the proper use of the facilities, guide guests in relation to the rules and operation of the property. *She does not act as a day laborer* 4. Staff Hours: Our staff are available from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 5. We always recommend hiring 1 or more day laborers (depending on the number of people) to help keep the house and rooms clean, due to the size of the space. They can also assist in the preparation and service of meals, in addition to other activities, ensuring greater comfort for the guests. (We can recommend) 6.
