The view is beautiful, where you can see from the Port on the right side to the beginning of Iracema beach on the left side. The apartment is practically in front of the beach, a "spike" and the boardwalk by the sea. It is next to the Church and supermarket. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed. air conditioning and bathroom and another with a single bed plus auxiliary bed and fan. The living room is integrated with the kitchen. In the living room there is a sofa that turns into a bed and a TV, as well as a dining table with four chairs and a bathroom. In the kitchen there is a fridge, microwave, stove with oven and screwed up. In addition to utensils such as cutlery dishes, pots, coffee maker and blender. On the balcony there is a hammock, in addition to an additional hammock in the couple's room. All rooms have a balcony and sea view. POSITIVE POINTS: the view is stunning and the apartment is in front of the beginning of the waterfront (Kilometer zero) and the supermarket, pharmacy and numerous bars and restaurants. NEGATIVE POINTS: there is no shower with hot water and no safety net on the balcony. There is air-conditioning only in the couple's bedroom. In the other there is a fan. The neighbor in the apartment downstairs complains about any banging, jumping or noise. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment plus the patio at the entrance, a children's playground, a small fitness center, a shower to get wet when returning from the beach on the ground floor of the building and a laundry room also on the ground floor. Other things to note I'm sure my guests will love it, but I ask that if you are bringing children, be careful because the bedrooms and living room have access to the balcony and I chose not to put a protective screen on the balcony to preserve the beautiful view.
