This 5 bed 3 bath 2,500 sq ft Lake home w/ Hot tub givees you just that; Serenity and Solace. Natural light glosses the interior of the home throughout the day with lower level point of access to patio with Hot tub and fire pit, a naturesque wooded walkway down to the lake and only a 10 minute walk to main Beach pool area with tiki bar. The space There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor: Both rooms have a full bed The upstairs has 3 rooms: Primary bedroom has a King bed One room has a queen bed and a twin bed. One room has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds. Guest access Home is located next door to another lakefront Airbnb rental called "Lake Vibez". Can be rented jointly! 13 adults max. Rentals of 28 nights or more will be limited to no more than 10 occupants Other things to note LAST MINUTE BOOKING AVAILABLE! ($100 fee to community for registering after 48 hour window) CHECK-IN is at 4:00 PM. CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 AM. Maximum of 6 Vehicles allowed --ABOUT THE HIDEOUT AMENITIES-- 13 guest amenity badges w/ pool passes are included. Quick drive within the Hideout amenities including the Nubia Malkin Art Center, the Skii/Tubing Hill & Ice Skating, 2 sand beaches, Main Pool w/ Tiki Bar, Golf, Club House Pub and Restaurant, and the Lodge. Fishing is allowed with a Pennsylvania fishing license(children under 16 can fish for free). All fish caught must be released. 1 adult and children's fishing rods included. Skiing is available within the community, weather and snow availability permitting. Swimming pools are open during the summer season only, from Memorial day through Labor day. ** Please note that linens and towels are available. But you are welcome to bring your own.
