Luxury lakefront in Interlochen, MI

Modern, new lakefront 3 level home accomodates 6 adults + kids and is a 5 minute walk to Interlochen State Park & 5 minute drive down the road to the Interlochen Center of Arts. As a separate rental, we also have a 1-bedroom rental home across the street with a full kitchen, bathroom & living room that sits on acres of forest with trails should your group require more space. The space Inside the home: Whole home water filtration system so no smelly, foul tasting water! The main level includes the kitchen, living area, dining area and a half bathroom (with 1 hand towel). The living area has a stunning gas fireplace and a tv. There is a large deck with magnificent views of the lake with an inline gas grill for barbecues. Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has beautiful views and takes up the entire third floor of the home. It has a full bathroom (with 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels) , sitting area and tv. Downstairs, on the walkout lake level, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite half bath (with 1 hand towel) and lake views. The other bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom (with 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels) that is also accessible from the common area. There is also an office space for those that need to get some work done and a laundry area. Outside the home: The backyard has 2 inline gas firepits for gathering around in the evenings. There is a seasonal private dock for those that want to bring their boat/water toys. We have paddleboards and a canoe and adult life jackets for your use. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after lake activities. Guest access Guests may access the entire home and all outdoor areas. Other things to note The home is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are stairs required to reach all of the bedrooms and outdoor areas.
