Bed Configuration Bedroom 1: Twin/queen bunkbed & two single twins Bedroom 2: Two queens Bedroom 3: King Air Conditioning Air conditioning units are located in the first floor king bedroom and one upstairs bedroom. Unit(s) operational from Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided. Outdoor Grill The property is equipped with an outdoor pellet grill. Coffee / Coffee Maker Combination drip/K-Cup coffee maker is provided. Bringing coffee/filters is recommended. Generator Property is equipped with back-up power generator. Driving Distances Sunday River (South Ridge Base) Lodge: 18 minutes (10.8 miles) Bethel Village: 7 minutes (4.0 miles) Pets Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made. Please note that while pets are not permitted, occasional visits from the owner's pets may occur.
