New Year's Eve for 20+20 people

We have two solutions with 20 places each. The first is in 5 rooms with 4 bathrooms and a living space of about 70 square meters with a large garden on the ground floor of 300 square meters and a hillside plot of over 2 hectares all around. The rooms are almost all exposed to the sunset with latex beds as shown in the photo that you can also find on our website by searching for Ca' del Ciliegio in Sarmede. The space In the most expensive solution there is a beautiful living area with a kitchen of 70 square meters in total, 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Cost 110 euros for one night, 190 for two nights. All deductible at 19%. In the cheaper one there are 50 square meters of living area and two or three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Cost 80 euros a night, 150 for two. Guest access The part shared between the two groups is only the outside with the parking lot and the garden, both large enough not to be a nuisance. Other things to note There is a minimum of 100 euros per group for cleaning and garbage costs, plus the cost of 50 euros for each black bag of unsorted waste and 200 euros for cleaning the open space if you do not do it yourself.
