The Maison de la Perrière

In one of the most beautiful villages of Perche, our gîte designed for 4 people combines comfort, simplicity, calm and originality. Whether you're looking for relaxation, walks in the forest, or discovering the Perche, the Maison de la Perrière welcomes you year-round. Close to the Bellême state forest (walking distance), this pretty little house, freshly restored, will allow you to live in the heart of this charming village. You will be 8 km from Bellême and 20 km from Mortagne au Perche The space Single-storey house carefully equipped with revisited family furniture and a decoration found in the flea markets of Perche, the garage sales or in thrift stores. Lovers of tranquility and authenticity, you will find with us for your comfort: - a kitchen: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge (no freezer), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, small blender, waffle maker, raclette machine, - a living room: sofa, armchair, television, board games, books for all ages and documentation (hiking, villages to discover, local producers, restaurants...), - two bedrooms: two single beds per room (can be pushed together), dresser, coat rack, - a shower room (washing machine), - a separate toilet, - outdoor area in front of the house with garden table We provide towels and bed linens: towels, wash mitts, dish towels, fitted sheets, duvets and duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases. Beds made on arrival Basic equipment: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, honey from our production, sugar... available Warning: No Wi-Fi but 4G Backed by the Forest of Bellême and in the heart of the Percheron bocage, La Perrière is labeled a Petite Cité de Caractère. It has a rich heritage, picturesque cobbled streets, and authentic houses. Its panoramic view from the Eperon site allows you to discover the Percheron countryside but also the Sarthe and the Perseigne forest. In the village you will find restaurants, a grocery store (the Comptoir Général de la Perrière), an organic bakery (open on Wednesdays and weekends), the embroidered and beaded net museum... Guest access Street parking We are not on site but we remain reachable by phone, email. We may leave the keys in a key box for self check-in. Please don't hold it against us if we can't meet you because we have our professional activities, our three children and our farm that take up a lot of our time. Our availability does not always coincide with your check-in or checkout times, but know that if necessary I will come on site and I always respond to your messages promptly.
