We welcome you to our apartment in a new building at the junction of the 13th and 6th districts of Budapest We have 2 buildings next to each other with a total of 23 apartments of different sizes (1,2, 3, 4 rooms) to choose from. This means larger groups can rent several properties If you arrive by car: our guests can park their car for free in the underground garage of the building (one parking space per apartment). The policy applies to all guests staying in the apartment. ● Check-in / Check-out The accommodation is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. Only the number of persons indicated in the reservation may use the accommodation. Only registered guests are allowed in the entire apartment. ● Fire protection / Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! The property is equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. This applies to all alternative tobacco products. Smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate evacuation and an extra cleaning fee of HUF 50000. Burning candles and incense is not allowed in the property. . In case of fire, immediately start extinguishing the fire with the extinguisher in the corridor and call the emergency number (112) and then inform the landlord.) In case of fire, accident or sickness, the emergency number to call is 112 Ironing: ironing is only possible on the ironing board in the apartment. Ironing on other surfaces is prohibited. ● Pets The accommodation does not accept pets (dogs, cats, ......stb.)... During your stay, please respect the resting wishes of others. No noise or partying is allowed in the building or garden, day or night. It is forbidden to operate any kind of sound equipment (e.g. loudspeakers) outside (in the garden and on the balcony). Please do not make any noise in the street or in the building when returning home at night or at dawn. Cleaning / Garbage treatment For stays longer than one week, we provide linen change and cleaning by prior arrangement. For stays of less than a week, cleaning can be provided at an extra charge. Please let us know one day in advance. The waste bin is located on the ground floor. Enter the garage from the ground floor corridor and you will find the bins behind the front door. There is also the possibility to collect rubbish separately. Please place all waste in the bins and do not deposit waste on the ground. The following types of waste can be placed in the following coloured bins: - Green: mixed, municipal - Blue: paper bins. Coloured and black and white paper waste can also be collected in them. - Yellow: plastic bins. You can put plastics that can be collected separately in this bin. Services Parking: One parking space for one car per apartment. Important information: the building has a garage on 2 floors. Parking is not allowed in the garage on the ground floor!!! Only the underground garage on minus one level is allowed to use. This is the garage door on the Right side Parking is allowed in the parking space 3 (three!) for this apartment. Please return the garage remote control to the apartment on the day of departure! On the last day of your stay, you can open the garage door without the remote control. Simply press the UP button on the control panel on the left side of the garage. In this case, you do not need to return to the apartment to bring back the garage remote control. In case of breach of the policy, the accommodation may be cancelled. In this case, we will not be able to refund any remaining days.
