Our cozy apt nestled in the scenic coastal village of Hollant, gives you a home away from home feel, just what you need for a peaceful relaxing stay. Wake up to the sound of birds admist lush greenery, hire a bike/car to explore the beautiful surroundings, stroll along the scenic roads to the beautiful Hollant beach or relax at the terrace pool. Located a 5 min drive away from Dabolim airport & 10 min from Vasco rly stn/bus stop, this apt has everything you need for a comfortable enjoyable stay. The space Our cozy 1 BHK is located in the scenic coastal village of Hollant. The building is in a quiet serene place with greenery all around. Our apartment is on the ground floor. It's paved all around and our main entrance leads to the Hall cum dining area. There's a 5 seater sofa and a 3 seater dining table. The 32" smart TV can be connected through wifi. There is no separate cable or dish connection, guests can use their own OTT plaforms. I have also provided an HDMI cable. and a DVD player. The Bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet with fresh extra bed linen, pillows etc and a single matress that can be set up for floor bedding. There's an ironing table ( and iron) that can be used when required. The kitchen is fully functional with a gas stove, fridge ,microwave , kettle, blender and all the pots n pans for cooking, crockery, cutlery etc. ... Our kitchen is always kept stocked with basic provisions to help you get settled. The kitchen back door leads to the parking area. The washroom has a WC , geyser and theres a separate counter top wash basin area too. Basic toiletries are provided for convenience. There's a fully automatic washing machine and clothes drying rack to take care of your laundry needs. Other things we have in our apartment are some books, toys and games for children to keep them occupied. Besides, you will also find a basic first aid kit, sewing kit, stationary kit, books and magazines if you want to catch up with some reading. The building is situated in a quaint village that has long scenic roads leading down to the beach. Please note there are no shops in the immediate vicinity, but food delivery services like Swiggy / Zomato and some restaurants around, home deliver as well. Groceries and other requirements can be ordered through Swiggy instamart. They deliver everything from fresh fruits and vegetables , to gifting items within just a few minutes. The marketplace is about 1.5 kms away ( 2-3 mins drive) and as there's limited public transport, I suggest hiring a cab/ bike to move around and explore the beautiful peaceful surroundings. Free highspeed wifi is provided in the apartment . As it is on the ground floor, mobile network inside maybe weak, but you can use wifi sim setting on your phone for connectivity. An inverter is provided for power back up. Free covered parking is available in the premises . There are 2 beaches close by , Hollant and Bogmalo. Hollant beach is about 10 mins walking distance or 2-3 mins drive. It's a small , tranquil, picturesque , somewhat secluded beach where you can witness a spectacular sunrise. Perfect for nature lovers and those seeking some quiet me - time. The bigger beach Bogmalo, is about 5 minutes drive where there are plenty of restaurants, shacks, entertainment , shops etc. Baina beach just 7 kms ( 15-20) mins away is your go to place in South Goa for all water activities ( water sports, island trips, sight seeing/ scuba diving / snorkelling/ fishing / boat rides etc. Kayaking and parasailing activities are held just 5 mins away from our apartment. For sightseeing, we can get you in touch with highy recommended well experienced local persons who will draw up and take you on a customized itinerary / sightseeing plan of all the best places to see and visit in Goa according to your requirements. Goa has excellent scenic and natural beauty with so much to see and explore for that exquisite holiday , and our apartment has everything you need for that much needed , well deserved quiet , relaxing and comfortable stay.
